Dear All We have launched a new library for programatically acces to DAVID (http://david.abcc.ncifcrf.gov/) which allows Set Enrichment analysis. This tool allows you to perform set enrichment analysis in a programatically way. It has been made available through Bioconductor. Please feel free to use it and any commento and suggestions will be very wellcome.
